With 30 years of experience cooking in the finest Japanese restaurants, our chef is excited to present their vision to you and all our guests. Chef Kude Has a vast history starting at young age from Sushiden in Osaka, Hotel New Otani, Suntory, Sharaku Michigan, Disney Japan Pavilion Florida as a Executive Chef.

Our restaurant is an authentic Japanese Katsuya (Breaded deep fried pork cutlets and seafood). Our original sauces are a blend of fruits  and various vegetables . Our oil is Rice Bran which is one the highest 490 degrees temperatures where other oils are in the 300's.

Kodawari こだわり

We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. Our pork and meats are from a farm called Suntterra. Our "panko" breaded crust is sent from Japan. Made by a company called Kyoei Foods which specializes in panko.
